Endurance Rush is created for those who wish to focus on cardio-respiratory efficiency. This class is designed to stay moving for most of the 1 hour class. Focus will be on long term endurance, and short sprints in endurance. Weighted movements will be limited to lighter weights and multiple repetitions. Rush will not be limited to just running, but rowing, jumping rope, and lighter weighted movements to ensure muscular endurance. This is a great way to burn calories and work on cardio and muscular efficiency!
