HIIT Fit is one of the greatest classes in the area! The basis of HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. In this class, we will use a broad combination of running, rowing, jumping rope, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, rope climbs, tires, sledge hammers, and more! Traditional HIIT programs focus on set interval times and movements. At Manta Ray, our HIIT Fit class will constantly change the interval rate, time, and movements of your workout to avoid overuse injury and avoid plateauing. Our focus will not only be high intensity training, but also strength, speed, power, and flexibility. These important elements of fitness are the basis behind getting maximal results, decreasing joint issues, and having an inclusive program overall.
