This style of training always engages the core of each individual and works out to the extremities. Kettlebells engage multiple muscles across the body in one single movement. Kettlebells are considered one of the most effective training methods for weight loss, explosiveness, endurance, and strength. Other combinations of body weight and plyometrics will also be involved in this class.
