This is an hour long class. Each class consists of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of Pilates movements. Be prepared to work hard. The cardio portion of this class is fast paced, fun and effective at burning those calories. The second half of the class is also quite challenging as we focus on proper Pilates technique on the mat and other calisthenic movement. This is a full body workout. Bring your mat or a large towel. Sneakers are recommended.
