Getting started at a new group fitness program can be somewhat intimidating. It is important that individuals find a comfortable, encouraging, and friendly atmosphere. At Manta Ray Fitness, you will find a clean, encouraging, friendly, air conditioned facility. Whether you are new to Fitness or a seasoned veteran, we have something for you. The only way to get in shape for a program like ours is to just start! There is no baseline of fitness or expectations that you need to have before coming in. Our coaches will work with you at your fitness level and bring you up from there!
