New Year, New You 2017: Nutrition and Fitness Challenge


Kick off 2017 at Manta Ray Fitness by joining us for our New Year, New You: Nutrition and Fitness Challenge. We will supply you with the community and resources to reach your fitness goals! During the challenge, we will take on clean eating and learn how to make lifestyle changes that will last. You will be on a team consisting of dedicated coaches and like-minded individuals. Our guidance along with the accountability and support of your fellow athletes will put you on the fast path to success this New Year!

For current Manta Ray Fitness members, it is completely FREE to participate. If you are a non-member, or have family/friends that want to join in, it is only $99 for the month. That includes full access to every aspect of the challenge as well as a month of Manta Ray Fitness classes! During the challenge we will keep daily points for eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, enough water, working out, etc. All of this will be made simple through an organized score sheet we will provide you with before the challenge.

The challenge begins on February 6th! There will be an orientation the Saturday before, on February 4th at 11AM. During the orientation we will go over the structure of the challenge, discuss foods, take measurements, and answer questions. Sign up now¬†on MindBody under the SEMINARS tab!
